Hi guys I'm new to this kind of thing but I'm excited to get to be a part of something that's goal is to help kids and I can work on my tan and my stamina and balance and braking abilities all in one! Cause let's be honest Joplin sidewalks are shit!! Any pointers on where to ride?

Ive rode on the Frisco trail, and Ruby Jack over that way. They are both really easy and nice riding trails. Even occasionally have a bench to take a break.
