Meet at Bryant park in Lake Worth Beach. Ride over the LWR bridge then north along A1A to Southern Blvd then cross over the bridge and back along Flagler dr, cut over to Federal hwy, then cut over to N. Lakeside dr and back to Bryant park. Flat except on bridges. Can bypass bridges and just ride up Federal hwy, cut over to Flagler and then to Southern blvd. and back. About 10 miles round trip. no more than 1 hr 15 min total.
