Biking, recovery, and planning took a lot more time than I expected every day. Ha! So, I decided to do the LIFO method (Last In First Out). Doing part of Route 66 was not only good for my body, it was also good for pride in the USA. It is SO embarrassing being an American right now. And yet most people are just trying to get by and are friendly and helpful no matter what party they support. As I sat on my bike for 43 hours I pondered how to “Take back the flag.” I came up with no good solutions, but I was good to think about. Hope you are well. SHINE! Jeff”
