What a beautiful day for a bike ride and the announcement about matching donations for this coming Wednesday all day go ahead and get in your donations and they will get matched on this special day! Well, here we are day one and I was able to get on my bike for a total of 14 miles done in two different sessions, but I did it. I did get a little scrape on the back of my leg, but my Peloton kept me engaged my foot came out of the pedal and it kept going around, but you know what I’m not gonna give up doing this for the kids doing this for the memory of my great niece Julia so you got me for a month and hopefully it’ll get me in good physical strength that I’ll continue on with cycling as part of my regular routine of fitness.
