Unfortunately I had a serious fall and cannot ride! I fell backwards down the basement stairs suffering multiple injuries: a broken rib, a big gash on my right leg requiring many stitches, and a concussion and cranial hemorrhage. I am seeing a Neurosurgeon. I can do no strenuous exercise, so no bike riding for this month! So I will not be able to complete my goals.
