As many of you know I had back surgery on August 21st, 2026. After discussing with my surgeon he allowed me to ride my recumbent bike as long as I did not overdo it. September is Children's Cancer Awareness month and this is too important for me to miss. My goal is to ride 200 miles and raise $2500 in the fight against kids cancer.
