We Are Riding For
Azaelea
The mighty four rode from Merrifield to Nisswa this morning and back. We were all thinking of the special person we are riding for. Azaelea started this whole thing for me 10 years ago, but we have branched out to so many littles who are fighting this horrible disease. So many, too many, are fighting kids' cancer! A beautiful day to kick off the month of September fundraiser month. Thank you to all who have already donated, and we hope for many more!

12 Sep 2026We rode out by the Gull River this week. Such a great addition to the area. We rode all the way to Ernie's on Gull for lunch and met up with a friend who's supported us and ridden with us for many years. What a fun group ride! And a fun lunch.

Kick Off Ride - Sept 1, 2026
1 Sep 2026What a beautiful day! We hope everyone had a great start to September! For the past 10 years, we have had a kickoff ride for the GCC Kids' Cancer for the month of fundraising. We are here to start the donations for these kids fighting cancer. We won't stop until it is over, because kids deserve to be riding their bikes and playing games outside instead of being in a hospital bed! Please consider a donation now to help fight kids' cancer.

This September, Riders and Fighters is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in the United States. Over 15,700 children are diagnosed every year, and sadly, 38 children die of cancer every week.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So we are raising funds through our challenge to help these kids and support Children's Cancer Research Fund to allow them to continue their work to develop lifesaving treatments and find a cure for childhood cancer.
Please support us by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.
